Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

  1. This Refund Policy sets forth the standards and procedures for subscription cancellation and refunds for the ClawPoD service (https://clawpod.cloud) operated by Wondermove Inc. (hereinafter "the Company").
  2. This Policy applies together with the Company's Terms of Service (https://clawpod.cloud/legal/terms) and Polar.sh's usage policies. In the event of any conflict, this Policy shall take precedence with respect to refund matters.
  3. Payments are processed through Polar.sh, the Merchant of Record, and refund processing is also subject to Polar.sh's systems and policies.

Article 2 (Subscription Cancellation)

  1. Users may request subscription cancellation at any time through the in-service settings menu or by emailing support@clawpod.cloud.
  2. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users may continue to use the service until the effective cancellation date.
  3. Even when reducing the number of agents, fees already paid for the current month will not be refunded, and access to the affected agents will be maintained until the last day of the month.

Article 3 (Refund Eligibility)

3.1 Full Refund Conditions

A full refund is available within 14 days of payment when all of the following conditions are met:

  • β‘  There has been absolutely no substantive use of the service, including AI agent creation, execution, data processing, or API integration.
  • β‘‘ A refund request with a specified reason has been submitted to support@clawpod.cloud.

3.2 Criteria for Determining Substantive Use

If any of the following applies, it shall be deemed "substantive use of the service" and refunds will be restricted:

3.3 Cases Where Refunds Are Restricted

  • ❌ Refunds are restricted in the following cases:
  • Cancellation due to a simple change of mind after 14 days from the payment date
  • Service restriction or contract termination due to violation of the Terms of Service
  • When 14 days have passed after subscription renewal
  • When substantive use of the service (actions falling under Article 3.2) has occurred

Article 4 (Refund Request Procedure)

  1. Refund requests shall be submitted by email to support@clawpod.cloud.
  2. The refund request email must include the following:
    • Account email address
    • Payment date and amount
    • Reason for refund
    • Confirmation of no substantive use (confirmation that none of the actions in Article 3.2 apply)
  3. The Company will review refund eligibility and notify the user of the result within 2 business days of receiving the request.
  4. If the refund is approved, processing will take 5 to 10 business days. Actual refund completion may require additional time depending on Polar.sh's payment processing procedures.

Article 5 (Payment Fees)

  • ⚠️ Notice on Non-Refundable Payment Fees
  • In accordance with Polar.sh's policy, payment processing fees incurred by card brand networks and Payment Service Providers (PSP) are excluded from refunds.
  • Example: When a monthly fee of KRW 100,000 is paid, approximately KRW 1,600 in fees is incurred. Upon refund approval, KRW 100,000 will be refunded, but the KRW 1,600 fee will not be refunded.
  • This is Polar.sh's standard policy and cannot be altered by the Company.

Article 6 (Polar.sh's Independent Refund Authority)

  1. As the Merchant of Record (MoR), Polar.sh retains the authority to issue refunds at its sole discretion within 60 days of purchase, in accordance with card brand network rules and MoR obligations, regardless of the Company's refund policy. This measure is intended to prevent chargebacks in advance.
  2. When Polar.sh issues a refund at its own discretion, the Company shall bear no separate responsibility for such refund.
  3. For payment-related disputes or objections, please contact Polar.sh directly at https://polar.sh.

Article 7 (Consumer Rights Notice)

  • This service is a B2B-only digital SaaS intended for business and corporate customers.
  • The right of withdrawal granted to consumers (individual consumers, B2C) under the Korean "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc." does not directly apply, as the service is limited to corporate customers.
  • However, where applicable laws provide otherwise, such laws shall take precedence.

Article 8 (Changes to the Refund Policy)

  1. The Company may revise this Refund Policy in response to changes in service operation policies, updates to Polar.sh's policies, amendments to applicable laws, or similar circumstances.
  2. In the event of changes, the revised content and effective date will be announced via in-service notices and email at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
